Reunited!

Facebook is so cool...my fifth grade classmates and I found eachother and we planned a little get-together. Besides Julie, I haven't seen these wonderful faces since 1991!! It was great to catch up on the last couple of decades!

My babies in the bluebonnets

God is good! What a gorgeous day we had today - we followed friends out to Montgomery for the perfect photo op...TEXAS BLUEBONNETS! Collin had a great time running in the field, and Kyle thought the blooms were a delicious snack. I'll keep these photos as precious treasures forever!

Beautiful random-ness in the Hardy household...

Daddy & Collin on their way to a car show. Collin is learning the joys of being a guy!

My guys...

I'll be honest - I added this photo is because I AM NEVER in pictures (here I am with my beautiful cousins Leslie & Somer). So it's more for documentary reasons. That, and because I have on make-up and an ironed shirt....both are rare happenings.

MY OH MY! Check out Kyle and all his rolly-poly-ness! Our little "chunk-chunk" is just about the cutest thing I've ever laid eyes on. Those rolls get lots of love pinches and kisses!

Collin is such a ham! Here he is sporting his "jammy pants" look. :) Do you like his smile? That's his new "smiling-for-the-camera-smile". Eyes closed...silly grin...oh, how I love three year olds. :)

Here's a blast from the past! If you've known me long enough, you'll remember my dad drove a 1968 Chevy truck for many years. It was painted green back in the day, and I still remember the clanky noises she made coming down the road. My dad ended up selling the truck about 8 years ago to a guy from out of town. Well, last weekend Heath was at a car show in Conroe, and found my dad's old truck! She now has different wheels and a copper paint job...trust me, the green was so much better. Seeing this truck brings back SO many childhood memories! :)

About 5 years ago Heath and I bought a "raw wood" corner hutch. We paid $20 for it on a clearance sale and it's been in our house - naked, ever since. I finally got around to doing something with it, we decided to stain the crown molding on the top and bottom and the rest is a satin black. I LOVE IT, and it was such a rewarding project!

Happy Valentines Day!

I have the BEST memories of v-day parties during my childhood...I loved how the room-moms would decorate the tables in red and pink. The cookies and treats were always so yummy, and it was always exciting to exchange valentines...especially with my "crush". :) Now that I'm grown up (when did that happen, anyway?) I'm excited to make Valentines Day just as fun for Collin & Kyle. So, we hosted a little play date party. It was pure chaos, but loads of fun for the kidos. :) They got to decorate valentine bags, exchange fun treats, and even decorate (and devour) a cupcake. XOXO!

My new baby sister!

Introducing, ALLY! My dad adopted this sweet pup from the animal shelter. We're not sure of her breed, but she's 100% cutie pie! Welcome to the family Ally girl!

I've never been a fan of the Texas heat, but I think I'm ready for warmer weather! Bundling up a squirmy three year old, and a chunky baby is not an easy task. We're spending these chilly days inside, playing games, coloring, or curled up on the sofa watching movies. I'm going to enjoy it, I know once we hit 90 degrees I'll want this weather back!

Collin making muffins for breakfast...he loves to bake, or "mix-mix" as he calls it.
ANY park is Collin's "happy place" :)
Like father, like son :)
